    How do I apply for a job at Demedica?

    We welcome new applicants who want to work with a pupose. If you need advice and support on what roles you may be suited for, dont hesitate to give us a call, send us an email or fill in our form above.

    What is the process?

    • You register or apply to a specific role
    • We will contact you for an interview
    • If you are successful, we will then send you an application for completion 
    • We will request specific original documents and information for verification

    What documents does Demedica need to see?

    • GDPR Consent (issued and signed for prior to working)
    • Application Form – work history from leaving full time education & CV
    • Evidence of Identity – Photo ID, 2x proof of address, proof of NI number
    • Evidence of right to work in the UK – passport, visa etc.
    • Evidence of qualifications
    • Health declaration form
    • Bank details, self employment details (if applicable)
    • Enhanced Adult & Child DBS Check (new or existing check already registered with the DBS Update Service)
    • Statement of Entry (for registered nurses)
    • Detailed Employment reference (covering a minimum of the last 3 years)
    • Demedica Handbook & KID Document (issued and signed for prior to working)
    • Terms and Conditions of work (issued and signed for prior to working)
