How do I apply for a job at Demedica?
We welcome new applicants who want to work with a pupose. If you need advice and support on what roles you may be suited for, dont hesitate to give us a call, send us an email or fill in our form above.
What is the process?
- You register or apply to a specific role
- We will contact you for an interview
- If you are successful, we will then send you an application for completion
- We will request specific original documents and information for verification
What documents does Demedica need to see?
- GDPR Consent (issued and signed for prior to working)
- Application Form – work history from leaving full time education & CV
- Evidence of Identity – Photo ID, 2x proof of address, proof of NI number
- Evidence of right to work in the UK – passport, visa etc.
- Evidence of qualifications
- Health declaration form
- Bank details, self employment details (if applicable)
- Enhanced Adult & Child DBS Check (new or existing check already registered with the DBS Update Service)
- Statement of Entry (for registered nurses)
- Detailed Employment reference (covering a minimum of the last 3 years)
- Demedica Handbook & KID Document (issued and signed for prior to working)
- Terms and Conditions of work (issued and signed for prior to working)
